Our first meeting is going to be about getting to know each other. I’m going to get to know you, your family, and your financial situation, and you’ll get to know me and about my process for setting out an estate plan. The most important thing is that you have basic information about your life and your finances. So, important people, names, birth dates, addresses, and phone numbers, and then important financial information, rough balances of bank accounts, insurance policies, retirement accounts, any real property, or specific valuable personal property, and then the dollar amounts associated with those. We’ll also talk about any debt you may have. Those numbers will help inform how we move forward with your estate plan.
