Black History Month is a time for reflection, not only on the history of our black communities, but also as us Americans as a whole. Reflection on what we have done and what we have yet to do. Our friend Dr. Paul Campbell and his colleague Dr. Christopher Brooks, co-founders of Brown Venture Group, a venture capital and culture firm dedicated to the advancement of BIPOC entrepreneurs, wrote this article with a different take on how racism has a negative impact.
